Some Personal Data is voluntarily provided by You (such as, for example, contact data, registration data, payment data, billing data, etc.). However, when You access the PLATFORM, other Personal Data may be collected automatically by CONSTRUCT IN through cookies and other similar monitoring technologies (“Cookies”).

Cookies are small files that the PLATFORM sends to your browser and are stored on your device, allowing information about you to be collected automatically, such as, for example, your language, your frequency of access to the PLATFORM, etc.

What types of cookies do we use?

CONSTRUCT IN uses both first-party cookies and third-party cookies.

First-party cookies are cookies issued by the PLATFORM's domain and are generally used to identify the USER's preferences to facilitate basic features of the PLATFORM.

Third-party cookies belong to and are managed by other companies, such as business partners of CONSTRUCT IN or service providers. These cookies may be necessary to display certain forms, such as, for example, allowing some advertising outside the PLATFORM.

Our COOKIES can perform different functions:

Essential cookies - Some cookies are essential to access specific areas of the PLATFORM. They allow navigation on the PLATFORM and the use of its applications, such as accessing secure areas of the PLATFORM via login. Without these cookies, services that require them cannot be provided.

Analytical cookies - We use these cookies to analyze how USERS use the PLATFORM and monitor its performance. This allows us to provide a high-quality experience by customizing our offer and quickly identifying and fixing any issues that arise.

Functionality cookies - We use functionality cookies to allow us to remember the USER's preferences. Thus, functionality cookies save the user's preferences regarding the use of the PLATFORM, so that it is not necessary to reconfigure the site each time you visit it.

Advertising cookies - These are used to direct advertising according to the interests of each USER and the number of visits they have made, allowing the number of times the advertisement is shown to be limited. These cookies help measure the effectiveness of advertising.

The COOKIES used can be:

Permanent cookies - They are stored at the internet browser level on the access devices (desktop, mobile, and tablet) of the USER and are used whenever they make a new visit to the PLATFORM. They are generally used to direct navigation according to the interests of the USER, allowing us to provide a more personalized service.

Session cookies - These are temporary and remain in the internet browser cookies of the USER until they leave the PLATFORM. The information obtained allows us to identify problems and provide a better browsing experience.
