The new version of the Project Dashboard brings an organized and integrated view of the project, gathering the main data present in Construct IN in one place. 

By centralizing this information, it is possible to reduce the number of actions, tabs, or tools used to visualize and analyze the generated data, thereby gaining insights for potential improvements or changes in the execution of the project.

The dashboard presents information ranging from general usage of the platform to more detailed and specific tools such as Daily Project Reports (RDO) and Notes. 

Notes Dashboard 

In the Notes section, you will find the main information regarding the pending issues of your project, allowing you to track the status, the users involved in the tasks, as well as the locations that have the most notes.

You can also filter one of the graphs by Type, Cause, or Discipline, facilitating the visualization and identification of the main reasons for pending issues in the project. 

Additionally, the dashboard displays a complete list of notes and a calendar highlighting those that are approaching their due date.

In this way, the platform enables a more efficient management and greater control of the reported activities, avoiding delays, rework, and much more.

Daily Project Reports (RDO) Dashboard

For users who have the Daily Project Reports (RDO) tool active, the dashboard provides a summary of all documents created on the platform, indicating which are being filled out, awaiting approval, approved, or rejected.

In one of the graphs, it is possible to track the labor evolution and in the other the weather conditions throughout the execution of the project, which help to identify how long the project was halted due to weather-related reasons, for example.

At the end, it is also possible to view, in one place, the list of all RDOs and their main information. 

This section of the dashboard provides more clarity on the daily activities of the project, speeding up the identification of points of attention in the project and possible improvement actions.
