Timeline | New guided import and replanning with more autonomy

13 de mai. de 2026

Visi's schedule feature has received a new import and replanning experience for documents, allowing you to validate, correct, and update schedules with more flexibility and control directly within the platform.

Visi has just released a major update to its schedule feature, making the import and rescheduling process more flexible, secure, and agile for construction teams.

Now, in addition to importing files in different formats such as CSV, XLS, and XLSX, the new workflow allows you to review data before applying it, correct inconsistencies directly within the platform, and perform structured rescheduling without losing the history of previous versions.

This experience replaces the old, more complex import model with a guided, step-by-step process, bringing more control over data and reducing operational rework.

Import

To import a new schedule, the workflow is now divided into three main steps:

  • Select and upload the file

  • Map schedule columns

  • Validate and correct data before importing

During mapping, the system automatically attempts to identify the file's columns and allows manual adjustments when necessary. You can also view a preview of the data to validate that the column relationships are correct.

In the review step, errors are highlighted directly in the table and can be corrected on the spot, without needing to edit the spreadsheet outside of the system. The schedule can only be finalized once all errors are resolved.

Rescheduling

It now has two modes of operation:

  • Add a new rescheduling from another file, following the same process as a new import

  • Reschedule directly on top of the current schedule for quick adjustments, with direct editing in Visi's existing table

When rescheduling from the current schedule, you can edit tasks, dates, and extra fields directly in Visi, maintaining the history of previous versions and facilitating minor updates to the construction planning.

Benefits:

  • Import schedules in different formats

  • Map columns in a more flexible way, aligned with your project

  • Validate errors before importing

  • Correct and update data quickly directly on the platform

  • Reduce operational rework

  • Reschedule timelines with more autonomy and agility

  • Ensure the history of previous versions is kept

  • Have more control over planning changes
