Drone mapping in Visi now allows you to go beyond the aerial view of the construction site. With the new Measurements feature, you can extract distances and calculate areas directly on the orthomosaic.

The tool is available in the drone mapping viewer and allows you to create two types of measurements: 

• Linear measurements: to calculate distances between different points

• Polygons: to delimit areas and obtain the automatic surface calculation

The measurements are made on the georeferenced orthomosaic, ensuring accuracy and allowing you to analyze dimensions, intervention areas, and construction progress without having to go to the field. The tool allows you to adjust the measurement points at any time.

Additionally, you can take screenshots with the applied measurements, making it easier to share analysis with the team, suppliers, or clients.
