The new integration between Visi Notes and Autodesk Construction Cloud Issues allows you to connect the site's pending issues documentation to the ACC management workflow.

This connection between Visi and ACC needs to be enabled in the Virtual Site settings by an administrator. Settings → Integrations → ACC.

With the feature active, it is possible to register an issue in Visi and send it to ACC. When creating or accessing the Notes tool, fill in the necessary information normally and activate the ACC Integration switch:

The reverse flow also works: It is possible to create Issues directly in ACC and synchronize them automatically with Visi, just insert the type 'Construct IN' when filling out:

This way, your team can create, edit, change status, and track occurrences in a synchronized manner. Information is kept up to date on both platforms, ensuring more traceability, organization, and alignment between field, engineering, design, and office. 

In addition, synchronized notes can be identified directly in the listing, with origin and integration information.
