But let's recap. This is an innovative solution that has revolutionized project management, allowing remote monitoring of projects and, thus, reducing costs associated with travel to the site and optimizing the time of the professionals involved.

To further enhance the experience of the platform users and make the 360° image captures more frequent and organized within the system, a new feature was created: capture scheduling.

Now, it is possible to schedule in advance when, where, and by whom the 360° image captures will take place. Below, see how easy it is to use and the benefits for the internal management of a construction project.

How capture scheduling works

Getting started with capture scheduling is very simple. After accessing the web platform and logging in with your username and password, just select the desired project from the project's list in the platform and follow these steps:

1. Click on the calendar icon, located in the left sidebar;

2. Select the "Create Schedule" button in the upper right corner;

3. Fill out the form that will pop up with your scheduling information;

4. In the form, mark the days when the captures need to be carried out, either recurring or one-time. It is also possible to indicate a responsible person, a time, and the locations that need to be captured;

5. After completing these steps, the chosen dates will be marked on the calendar and in the list located on the left side of the screen.

Once you have created the schedule, the magic happens for the designated professional through the Construct IN Capture app. The person responsible for the captures will receive notifications when a scheduled capture is approaching, which can also be configured within the app.

Scheduled captures will appear as pending in the App, indicating that they need to be performed on a specific date. When starting a scheduled capture, the app will guide the person through the locations to be captured.

When a capture cannot be performed, the responsible party can send a justification with all the information and reasons why it was or will not be possible to complete the capture.

Finally, the photos are sent directly from the app to the web or mobile platform, and can be viewed at any time by any team member who has access to the system. This creates a foundation for remote monitoring and oversight of construction projects.

It is important to note that there is the possibility to edit a specific or recurring schedule whenever necessary.

Another point to highlight is that it is still possible to perform captures without the need for a prior schedule. To do this, the user of the Construct IN Capture app needs to access the project and click on "Perform a free capture."

The new feature can be applied to any type of construction, but has even greater usability when it comes to projects located in remote areas - as it requires greater planning for travel - and especially in larger projects, which contain many capture points.

Thus, the calendar scheduling optimizes the work of the person responsible for the captures and makes the process more productive.

The main gain, not only for the professional who performs the captures but for the project as a whole, is the ability to organize this activity, which is so important for remote project management.

In addition to aiding in coordination, considering the ability to monitor what has already been captured or what is still delayed, it helps to maintain more consistency in captures.

Given the large number of points that a construction project typically presents, it is also worth highlighting the tool's ability to prioritize captures that are most relevant to the progress of the project or a specific execution stage.
