About the event
FEICON 2026 took place between April 7th and 10th at SP Expo, in São Paulo, exceeding visitor expectations from the civil construction and architecture fields, and gathered more than 1,200 exhibiting brands.
Recognized as the largest trade show of its segment in Latin America, it celebrated its 30th edition bringing trends and innovation in various categories, such as finishing, installations, structures, management, and technology. And of course, Construct IN was there.
Construct IN at FEICON 2026
FEICON 2026 marked a new moment for Construct IN. For its fourth consecutive participation, the company presented, for the first time, a 100% proprietary booth, reflecting the evolution of its trajectory and consolidating its presence as a technology company.
In a 25 m² space, Construct IN brought its entire reality capture ecosystem to the public, gathering solutions, services, and innovations that marked this new phase and reinforce its role in the transformation of construction management.
Innovations for Reality Capture
During the event, Construct IN exhibited a complete reality capture ecosystem, which integrates software, intelligence, and engineering services.
The Visi by Construct IN platform, which centralizes the visual and operational data of the construction site, gained new features, launched exclusively at FEICON 2026. They are: Point Cloud Viewer and Drone Mapping with distance and area measurements.
The 3D Scanning by Raise service now becomes part of the company's ecosystem, bringing more precision and speed to captures. This means that in addition to the technologies that Construct IN already offered, such as 360º cameras and drones, new reality capture solutions were presented, with mobile and static scanners for point cloud surveys.
Another service presented was the Physical-Financial monitoring by Advysor, which integrates measurements and visual evidence in a single place.
“We had an intense flow of visitors at the Construct IN booth, which reinforces the growing market interest in understanding, in practice, how reality capture through images, drones, and point clouds is being applied on construction sites. FEICON 2026 was also an important moment for us to present strategic developments of our ecosystem, such as the integration of Raise, which expands our digitalization capacity with high precision, and the new functionalities of Visi, which connect this data to daily management. 3D Scanning Service with Point Cloud by Raise
Aiming to offer more precision and speed in recording construction progress, the 3D Scanning with Point Cloud is performed by our specialists, who go to the field and, using static, mobile scanners or drones, capture millions of georeferenced points that represent the real environment with high fidelity.
This point cloud allows precise measurements of distances, areas, and volumes, besides ensuring broad coverage of the construction site in a short time. From this data, it is possible to track the progress of works, compare what was executed with what was planned, convert to BIM models, and support technical analyses with much more reliability, without the need for manual measurements.

NavVis Technology: millimeter precision on a large scale
Scanning with point cloud can be performed with NavVis technology, one of the most advanced equipments in the market — with only four units operating in Brazil, one of which belongs to Construct IN. With precision of up to 5 mm and scanning capacity of up to 700 thousand m² per hour, the solution allows capturing large areas quickly and with a high level of detail, raising the quality standard in the digitalization of built environments.
Engineering Service for Physical-Financial Monitoring by Advysor
Focused on reliability and clarity in construction management, the Physical-Financial Monitoring service is conducted by specialists who integrate data from ERPs, schedules, and measurements into a single structured database. By relating physical progress with financial disbursements, validated by evidence such as 360º images and field records, it is possible to track the evolution of projects accurately, identify deviations, generate consistent reports, and support decision-making with updated and reliable data.
Visi Launch: Point Cloud
As part of the novelties presented at FEICON, the Visi platform gained the new Point Cloud viewer, expanding the use of three-dimensional data in construction management. With this, in addition to the 3D scanning service, the functionality allows accessing and exploring 3D models directly on the platform, navigating through the environment with precision, making measurements, and inspecting construction elements in a more detailed way. Integrated with data such as 360º images and schedules, the viewer transforms the point cloud into an active tracking tool, connecting reality capture to daily management and supporting more well-founded decisions.

Visi Launch: Drone Mapping with Measurements
Another novelty presented was the evolution of drone mapping in Visi, which now allows making measurements of distances and areas directly on the maps generated on the platform. From aerial images captured and processed into a navigable orthomosaic, it is possible to analyze large areas with precision, extract measurements with a few clicks, and track the evolution of the construction site over time. Integrated with other construction data, the functionality broadens the macro view of the project and makes aerial mapping an even more practical tool for analysis and decision-making.

One of the highlights of the event was the joint presence of PARS at the Construct IN booth, reinforcing the solid strategic partnership between the companies.
